for

Royal Commission of Inquiry

On behalf of the Exposing Unacceptable Financial Activities Incorporated Society (EUFA)

We respectfully request that the House of Representatives support the establishment of a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the finance companies crisis from May 2006 and to determine:

  •  the accountability of the Securities Commission and other government agencies;

  • the accountability of the directors, trustees, company management and associated parties of the collapsed/troubled finance companies; including financial advisor companies.

  • what action is necessary to provide relief and compensation for investors.

  •  the legal requirements/standards/obligations of above mentioned # 2.

The link below demonstrates the number of people petitioning their representatives for reasons that become important to them. It would be interesting to survey how many get results. There is an enormous amount of work in getting to this stage for any cause and to be ignored is a breach of our the members of parliament's duties.
